Employees
Our application process includes our application form, resume, three work-related references, and a certified copy of your transcript
or verification of the current status of your license if you are LCSW. We add you to our employee database to match you with requests
from agencies. When you accept a placement, you become our employee and receive the agreed-upon hourly rate of pay. You submit a weekly
time sheet and are paid every two weeks. There is no cost to you for our services, with the exception of a $50 payroll enrollment fee.

Agencies
We have a simple contract procedure, and, being used to governmental contractual requirements, we'll work with you to accommodate
specific language or other requirements you may need in a contractual agreement. Once an overall contract is in place, we provide
you with resumes of professionals to meet your needs. You choose the best fit. Our Quality Assurance Plan assures that you are
satisfied with our services and employees.
